These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vibe CRM (the “Service”) provided by Pora Software LTDA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Using the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Vibe CRM. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Send spam, malware, or any malicious content; attempt to attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Resell or repackage the Service without our written permission.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Vibe CRM. We only use your data to operate the application itself, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising or to train third-party models.
Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We work hard to keep Vibe CRM running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. When practical, we'll give advance notice of material changes.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause us legal exposure or harm other users.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pora Software LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
